International and MasterCard Worldwide (3D-Secure: Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode).
Confidential data of the Card Holder is processed by the PCI DSS certified processing center of the Acquirer Bank.
Data Security Statement
Security of transmitted data is ensured with the help of the latest internet security protocols. Payments can be made with Visa and MasterCard cards.
If your card supports 3D-Secure (please refer to the issuing bank), the Card Holder must confirm each card payment with a special one-time password.
Receipt of Payments
Amounts paid for services are credited to the TUSUR account one full business day after the bank payment is made on this page.
Full or partial refunds are made by wire transfer. To request a refund, the Customer indicated in the Agreement must submit a refund claim
to the TUSUR division providing the service. The claim should detail the reason for refund, Agreement number and account details for refund.
TUSUR employees then confirm the identity of the Customer and transfer the refundable amount using the account details specified in the claim.
Refunds are transferred within 30 business days of the claim date.
